Feel rejuvenated with a Jujube Smoothie!

This nutrient-packed smoothie combines the wellness benefits of jujubes, berries, probiotics, leafy greens, omega-3s, antioxidants, and more for a holistic approach to your well-being.


  • 1 cup fresh or dried jujubes, pitted (antioxidant boost)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, acai berries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (probiotic-rich)
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, optional (packed with vitamins and minerals)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (omega-3 fatty acids)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  • Soak dried jujubes in warm water for about 15-20 minutes to soften, then drain.
  • Combine the pitted jujubes, mixed berries, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, spinach leaves, chia seeds, almond milk, and sweetener if desired in blender.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the smoothie reaches a creamy and vibrant green consistency.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more honey.
  • Prefer a colder smoothie? Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
