Jujubenate with a calming cup of jujube tea!

Making jujube tea is quite simple and a lovely way to enjoy the health benefits any time of the day. Jujube tea has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour and is consumed daily for potential health benefits by some cultures.

Adjust the sweetness to your liking and try infusing your favourite herbs or spices for a twist.  We love having our jujube tea before sleep each night!


  • Dried jujubes (about 10-15)
  • 4 cups water
  • Honey (optional)


  • Rinse the dried jujubes
  • Cut a small slit in each jujubes to allow the flavours to infuse while brewing
  • Combine jujubes and the water in a pot and bring boil
  • Once boiling reduce to a simmer for about 20-30 minutes
  • Add honey to taste and then strain the tea and pour into teacups and enjoy!
